Our pant production line consists of high-technology equipment for the supply, washing, breaking the eggs and also for separation of eggs into the white and the yolk fraction. The motion of egg masses during technological process is conducted exclusively within closed pipelines and reservoirs.
In this project we have adopted the latest development “SANOVO” has to offer in the fermentation process performance, pasteurization and drying. These machines have the newest electronic facilities which provide control on the basis of controllers produced by “SIEMENS”.
The company’s production capacities enable us to process an impressive number of 3 000 000 eggs per day, and it is not the limit! Our main priority is keeping 100 % of own eggs for processing along with constant improvement of the quality. Only fresh whole eggs from our group company laying-hens are used in the course of the production process without preservatives and additives. And due to advanced technologies our egg products retain all energetic and nutritive value. Therefore, you can be absolutely sure to receive natural high-quality food made from our egg products.
From the very beginning, we wanted to bring the whole range of egg products to the market. That is why we organized our production process as a flexible and highly effective system to enable the company to produce virtually all the variety of egg products.
